These Terms of Use govern your use of the OffHours Android application. By continuing setup or using OffHours, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What OffHours Does
OffHours changes how eligible Gmail notifications are presented on your Android device during times you choose. It does not block, delete, send, or modify email. Messages remain in Gmail, and you remain responsible for reviewing your inbox when appropriate.
Your Responsibilities
Keep your device and Android security updates current, and review your schedules, selected accounts, and exception rules. Do not rely on OffHours for emergency, medical, safety, legal, or other time-critical communication. You must be legally permitted to use the app where you live.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and are billed at the price and interval Google Play shows before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Premium remains available while Google Play reports an active entitlement, subject to any applicable grace period. Refunds are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law.
Uninstalling OffHours deletes locally stored settings but does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Reinstalling with the same purchasing Google account allows OffHours to restore an active entitlement. Local schedules and rules must be configured again.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse OffHours, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates law or another person's rights. You may not redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and Warranty
OffHours is provided on an as-available basis. Android and Gmail behavior can change, and no notification-management service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Changes and Contact
Material changes will carry a new effective date. Questions can be sent through the developer contact on the OffHours Google Play listing or the support page.
